Gmail on an Android phone

Use the Gmail app on your Android phone or tablet. Your business email can sit alongside your existing Gmail account.

Step by step

Follow these steps

Open Gmail

Open the Gmail app. Tap your profile picture at the top right.

Add another account

Tap Add another account, then Other.

Type your business email address

Enter the full email address we gave you. Tap Next.

Choose Personal (IMAP)

Tap Personal (IMAP). Enter your email password and tap Next.

Check the incoming settings

Use fusion.mxrouting.net. Your username is your full email address. If shown, set Port to 993 and Security type to SSL/TLS. Tap Next.

Check the outgoing settings

Use the same server name, fusion.mxrouting.net. Turn on Require sign-in. Enter your full email address and email password. If shown, set Port to 465 and Security type to SSL/TLS.

Finish the setup

Follow the remaining prompts. Use your name as the sender name. Send an email to another account you can open, then reply.
